Happy Sunday, I hope you all have had a fab weekend and are looking forward to heading into the final week before Christmas. I can’t believe just how quickly it’s coming around and I’m just not feeling festive anymore after a really festive beginning to this month. Anyway something that will hopefully make me feel a little bit more Christmassy is the Glossybox December Box and I’m going to be unboxing it in today’s post. I really hope you enjoy this post and let’s see what’s inside.
First up is this L.O.V Cosmetics Lipaffair Colour & Care Lipstick in Extrovert, which is a dark plum colour and has a matte finish. I don’t usually wear really bold lipsticks, but I do really like this one and it makes the perfect autumnal lip colour.
Lashes, lashes, lashes. When are these ever not a good idea to put in one of these boxes. These lashes are from LASplash and their the Golden Gatsby 3D Faux Minx lashes. I’ve never tried any of LASplash’s products before, despite eyeing up some in the past. I’m so happy that they’ve put some fairly natural lashes that aren’t too OTT in there because I’m so much more likely to wear these.
The BellaPiere Cosmetics Liquid Eyeshadow in Venus was on product that I was very excited to see in the box when I opened it, because they are so simple yet effective. As popping this all over the lid and blend a shadow into the crease and you have an eye look that looks like you’ve spent ages on it but only like 2 minutes. The Steve Laurent Rose Gold Loose Powder would be really good to use with this as well as either a brow bone or inner corner highlight or to make the liquid shadow pop even more.
Last but not least is the original source Rhubarb and Raspberry Shower Gel. I love the smell of any of their shower gels, but this one in particular smells amazing and I’m kinda sad it’s limited edition. The fact they have 4 essential oils in and has a natural fragrance makes it really good for my skin as it’s good for sensitive skin and will work to hydrate it as well and trust me that’s needed during the winter.
