Here we are at the end of another month and it’s time for one of my favourite posts … my monthly favourites … where I will be sharing with you all of the beauty products that I have been loving throughout the month of April.
So let’s start with the makeup bits first … My first favourite is the MAC Mineralize Blush in Just A Wisp, which I have been using for years now and never get tired of waking it out to use during the Spring and Summer. During the warmer months I go ham on the highlight and having a blush that gives a bit more of glow is something I really like. This one is quite pink and gives a real rosy glow … although it is pigmented, it still looks good whether you use the slightest bit, or whether you build it up.

My next favourite is the MAC Lip Liner in Boldly Bare. If you know me, you’ll know that I love a nude lip and recently this liner has become my go-to. It’s a perfect liner to use with almost any lip lipstick or gloss and it’s pretty similar to my natural lip colour, so I can over line my lips without it looking too unnatural. This Lip Liner is quite a warm nude and is perfect for any type of look.

The next Lip Liner that I’ve started using more this month is the KIKO Lip Liner in shade 705, which is like a red-y orange and was perfect this past weekend with the warm weather. The pigment is so good that you only need to do one swipe, which makes it perfect to use on it’s own as well. I really recommend these lip liners and they retail for only £2.50, which is perfect if you want a really good lip liner, without paying for a high end one.
Next up is the Flique Cosmetics Liquid Lipstick in the shade In The Nude, which is a warm toned, almost orange-y nude and it’s so different to anything else I have in my collection. My last beauty favourite for this month is The Body Shop Liquid Lip in the shade Cali Gerbera, which is also an Orangey red and this is a perfect lip colour to wear on top of the KIKO Lip Liner.
