When it comes to fragrances, I’m not someone that really spends a lot on perfumes as a whole, but it’s nice to have a couple of scents that you like to have and that are a staple for me, for particular occasions, times of year etc. For the summer, for me personally, it’s all about the refreshing, fruity scents and for this year I have found quite a few perfect scents.
So let’s start with the perfumes, where I have picked out two, one that’s quite cheap and one that’s a little more pricey. The first fragrance that I have picked out is the Primark Love Rose, which actually retails for only £3. I actually picked this one up as a bit of an impulse buy and I’m soo glad I did as it has such a light, floral scent. This scent is described to have rose, floral notes and green notes. The smell of the fragrance doesn’t actually last too long on this skin, however as it’s soo cheap I do understand and don’t mind reapplying this a number of times throughout the day or night.
I then have the Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy Perfume, which retail at £22 for 30ml and I think this is pretty reasonable and is in this middle of cheap and high end. This one is described as:

I’m so bad at describing scents but this is very sweet, hence the name, and almost fruity as well which I think is perfect for this time of hear. I have noticed that the scent actually does last quite a while and I only need to reapply it once throughout the day or not … well to be honest I probably don’t even need to reapply it but I like to anyway!! Also, can we just talk about how cute the bottle is and it even comes with a Pom Pom on the lid … it’s just screams Ariana.
When you’re not feeling constantly spritzing yourself in perfume when it wears off throughout the day or night, body sprays and mists are deffo the way to go. I’ve always been all about the Victoria’s Secret Body Sprays and some of my favourites include Pure Seduction, Coconut Passion and Sheer Love.
For a cheaper alternative, I recently came across this So?… Body Spray in Bali Breeze, which is actually a good show for one of the VS ones but I cannot for the life of me remember which one it is, so if you know please remind me in the comments below.
