So another month has come to an end and Autumn is officially here, meaning all the fall scents and vampy colours are coming into play and I am SO excited about it. At the beginning of the month I was on holiday so had all my summer faves still very much in action, but towards the end of the month I started to dig out my favourite go-to fall beauty bits so there will deffo be a mix of faves for September. You know what time it is for the blog with another month comes another favourites post and this month I have quite a few to share with you all.

I’ll start off with the last of my summer faves for the year and my first one is the Body Shop Lip Liquid in the shade Cali Gerbera. I love how comfortable these are to wear without feeling dry and crumbly and they last well throughout the day/night even through raging drinking. This colour is soo perfect for Spring / Summer weather and I think it really compliments my eye colour. And for only £6?* you can’t really go wrong. If you would like to read my full review on these liquid lips then you can (click here).
My second favourite is the Neutrogena Hydra Boost Body Moisturiser, which I have been using all the time for the past couple of months. You all know how much I love water based moisturisers, so finding one for the body has been a blessing. I love how well this sinks into the skin and having aloe in it really helped with keeping me from peeling whilst being on holiday.
My third favourite is the Soap & Glory Thick and Fast Mascara which I have been trying out over the past couple of months on and off and I am actually really liking it. I did notice that the L’Oreal Infallible Unlimited Mascara became my go-to for a lot of that time, but every time I use this I always love the way it makes my lashes look … so thickening and lengthening, without looking clumpy, as well as making them look really black. I do notice that after a while it does look like you haven got any mascara on if that makes sense, so I either have to use it with another mascara or just reapply a bit if it needs it.
Another fave of mine which has come back into my makeup bag is the MAC Partyline lipstick, which I actually included in my go-to fall lipsticks post this time last year and if you haven’t had a read of that you can read it here. This lip colour is such a perfect autumnal, vampy burgundy lip colour and is perfect for all types of different looks as well as it just finishes your makeup off nicely. I really recommend this if your into your vampy colours.
My last favourite for this month is the Rimmel Breathable Foundation, which I haven’t been able to put down recently. Since coming back from holiday, I’ve started doing much more natural makeup and this foundation is perfect for that because it has really good coverage but you can still see your skin and like freckles and stuff through it, it’s also lightweight and doesn’t look cakey. I wont go into too much detail on it because I do have a full review on it so be sure to take a look at that post if you want to know more about it.
