The makeup looks are coming in thick and fast for Christmas now. With just a few weeks to go until the big day, my brushes have never been used, washed and reused again in all their life, but I’m loving being so creative. For today’s post, I will sharing the most glam festive makeup look I think I’ve ever done. In this look we have glitter, liner, lashes and the perfect glossy nude lip. Let’s check out the look I created.
BASE:
For the base, I decided to go for a full coverage, yet minimal, bronzey look because, at the time of writing this, I haven’t got around to fake tanning yet. I went for a medium, lightweight foundation with a full coverage concealer (the bags are real RN) and the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush powder as this thing is MAGIC. I went for a bit of a glowy, shimmery blush because we all know just how much I love these and then a pop of my favourite highlight; the Mary-Lou Manizer from the Balm. Then set it all in place with the Glow Mist from Kandi Cosmetics which gives the ultimate bronzey glow finish.

Brows & Eyes:
After steering clear of the bold brows in recent months, I decided to go for a bit of a bolder look and use my trust Revolution Brow Pomade again; especially since the lock down brows aren’t being sorted until next week. I then set it in place with the Florence Tint ‘n’ Tame Brow Gel, that I haven’t used for a while and forgot just how much I loved it. It’s certainly a good dupe of the Benefit Gimme Brow.
I’ve been doing a lot of cut creases recently, they just always seem to be my go-to, so I thought I would switch it up a bit and go for a sharp, almost foxy, smokey eyes with a small wing and a pop of shimmer. I started out with putting sellotape up the sides of my eyes to keep that harsh line and went in with a mix of Haute Chocolate and Triple Fudge from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette. I then build up the colour as much as I could, whilst only focusing it on the outer corner and blending it through the crease, before blending Salted Caramel above these shades to make it seamless. It’s been a while since I last used cream eye shadow, but this Love of Colour one is a stunning bronzey colour and really complimented this look. Brown liner on the waterline has been my thing for the second half of this year; I just can’t get enough of it. It really compliments my eyes nicely and, even though they’re small, it still makes them pop. In my recent PLT haul, I decided to pick up some of their lashes and give them a try. I found they did drown my eyes a little bit and take over the look, but it didn’t feel super glam unless I had big lashes on; they are pretty good quality though and they have some really nice styles to choose from.

Lips:
I was going to go for the classic red lip, but I remembered that I’ve been wanting to try this combo again and nude it was. I used a dark lip liner, with a lighter nude matte lip and then finished off with a dark nude gloss; which all complimented each other really well. It did end up a little bit lighter and more of a warm nude than I expected though. Not only did they compliment each other, but they didn’t take the attention off of the eyes, finishing the look off nicely.
